What You'll Do:


As a Clinical Supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role in supporting both clients and staff. You'll oversee clinical care, mentor team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services in a variety of settings, including clinics, homes, schools, and telehealth platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision, professional mentoring, and administrative oversight to staff


• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy and skills training to clients of all ages


• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans


• Participate in training focused on Evidence-Based models of treatment with a Social Justice lens


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and measure treatment outcomes


• Support professional growth within the outpatient department and across BHN

What You'll Bring:

• Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy (required)


• Independent Licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT/LP) with at least three years of additional experience (required)


• Three to five years of clinical and administrative supervisory experience (preferred)


• Massachusetts CANS certification (required before start date)


• Experience providing clinical care to children, adolescents, families, and adults (required)
