What You'll Do:
As a Clinical Supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role in supporting both clients and staff. You'll oversee clinical care, mentor team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services in a variety of settings, including clinics, homes, schools, and telehealth platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical supervision, professional mentoring, and administrative oversight to staff
Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy and skills training to clients of all ages
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans
Participate in training focused on Evidence-Based models of treatment with a Social Justice lens
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and measure treatment outcomes
Support professional growth within the outpatient department and across BHN

What You'll Bring:
Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy (required)
Independent Licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT/LP) with at least three years of additional experience (required)
Three to five years of clinical and administrative supervisory experience (preferred)
Massachusetts CANS certification (required before start date)
Experience providing clinical care to children, adolescents, families, and adults (required)
