The Growth Strategy Specialist is responsible for supporting the Director of Growth Strategy in the development and implementation of projects as well as driving process improvements related to existing growth initiatives and operations. They will participate in cross-functional work across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, Risk, Data Strategy, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Director of Growth Strategy in the development of a forward-looking initiative road map including program development, program enhancements, and business case development
Work with stakeholders and business owners to identify opportunities
Identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities and initiatives.
Preparing reports and presentations to communicate opportunities and program performance
Preform ongoing business results monitoring and reporting (Weekly/Monthly)
Analyzing customer insights, industry trends, and various reporting to understand market needs and competitor activities
Perform quality control and testing of process and program changes / enhancements
Develop insight driven short-term action plans, to ensure program growth and success
Support program updates and launches
Support incentive programs while working with various departments
Cultivate and manage cross-functional relationships with various parts of the business
Communicating growth strategies, goals, and program details to the field and leaders
Develop a strong understanding of customer & conduct ongoing activities that promote the improvement of the Customer Experience i.e. policy and procedural changes, escalation management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as Business Administration / Management or relevant field
2+ years in growth, product, marketing, operations, or related business experience
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to adapt and pivot when new found information warrants a change in strategy or approach
Comfortable presenting to various levels of leadership
Strong experience using software programs to analyze data and visually present findings (i.e. excel, tableau)
Strong project management skills
Previous experience in business process outlines
Experience in home services sector is an asset
Ability to track, measure and present results of implemented program changes
Ability to process map, troubleshoot processes, and design new business processes
Exceptional verbal & written communication and presentation skills to multiple audience types
Comfortable sifting through large amounts of data to report on findings and uncover insights
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to achieve results
Intellectually curious with a strong desire to solve complex problems
