Schedule: Set your on schedule. Hybrid access for some work from home! weekends/year in acute care required.




Job Summary:



Evaluates and treats all referred occupational therapy patients according to physician's orders.



EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:



Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required (unless grandfathered in under Bachelor's degree).



LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:



Wisconsin licensed or eligible required. If eligible, must obtain license within 3 months of hire. None, but two years occupational therapy experience preferred. CPR certification is required.
