Job Summary/Basic Function: The Acquisition and Engagement Marketing Manager drives integrated digital marketing efforts to support enrollment across various college programs. This role partners with colleagues to manage email marketing, various digital communications (e.g. SMS), third party college search partners, and marketing analytics, ensuring prospective students move from awareness to enrollment.
Manage marketing automation platform (Slate) ensuring compliance with best practices. Support platform integration with other marketing platforms (i.e. edu websites, college search platforms, social media, etc.).
Develop and maintain analytics reports and dashboards on lead generation, marketing attribution, and program enrollment trends, to provide insight to key enrollment stakeholders and Marketing & Communications Division
Use A/B tests, experiments, quantitative research, statistical analysis, testing, and modeling to improve and optimize conversion rates across a variety of owned and paid channels
Lead the evaluation of customer insights and the strategies for data collection. Discover new paths for business growth through optimizing existing tactics or exploring new media.
Write, edit, and optimize email, web and other enrollment marketing copy, ensuring compliance with best practices and consistency with Wheaton brand
Serve as the marketing liaison to third party college search partnerships (e.g. Niche, Scior) to maximize reach for enrollment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience with email marketing campaigns and CRMs.
Strong analytical, writing, and optimization skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to collaborate across teams and platforms.

When determining and establishing hiring rates or recruitment ranges for a position, the College considers a number of factors including the budget for the position, the range of the grade, the external market for the position or similar positions, level and scope of responsibilities, required education, skills and relevant experience as well as internal equity. All salary offers must have the prior approval of the Office of Human Resources.
The anticipated hiring or recruitment range for this position is $68,000 – $72,000.
The salary for this position will be commensurate with the qualifications, education and experience.
