The Senior Manager Workplace Experience - Cambridge, MA is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's physical work environment and employee experience with a strong focus on Dining and Hospitality. This role is crucial for delivering a world class level of service for our residents and visitors while enhancing the workplace journey aligned with our hospitality mindset. Anchored within the scope of the WX Team, the incumbent will report to the Head of WX Office North America.


As we shift towards a hospitality focus, this position will be crucial in developing a strong relationship with all key stakeholders and a culture that reflects our Play to Win behaviors and New Ways of Working. Knowledge and experience of digital workplaces and a drive for innovation will enable the person in this role to be a great source for generating new proposals and to help enhance our services so they remain relevant and fit for future expectations.

Main Responsibilities:



  • Manage / oversee third party vendors performing hospitality services, including dining, meeting/event support and special events to ensure world class level services.


  • Deploy the Workplace strategy by optimizing the quality of spaces and guaranteeing the best working and social conditions; develop a continuous improvement approach to ensure the satisfaction of residents and visitors


  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance Sanofi's workplace culture and employee experience


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create an environment that fuels aspirations and showcases Sanofi's commitment to improving people's lives.


  • Implement a continuous improvement approach to improve operational efficiency while ensuring the satisfaction of residents and visitors.


  • Participate in the implementation of the Workplace Experience strategy in Cambridge. Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations, and local legislation.


  • Work with iWX supplier to analyze and trend facility operating costs and identify operational cost reductions. Provide monthly budget analysis and forecasts.


  • Ensure the promotion of the services offered on site for residents and visitors by developing a marketing approach that engages as well as informs


  • Manage the Workplace service on site while guaranteeing the expected level of service and quality; ensure the coordination of all service offers on site (front desk, food & beverage, technical & cleaning services, video systems, mail, outdoor facilities)


  • Support Site Teams and Suppliers transition to Hospitality Management by developing new Mindsets and Trainings





About the Job



  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field;


  • 8+ years of experience in hospitality, workplace experience, or related fields, experience in leadership roles is a plus.


  • Passion for the hospitality industry with a natural flare for client focus and quality of experience at all levels.


  • Proven track record in managing large-scale facilities and services.


  • Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills and professional demeanor.


  • Highly proficient in use of MS Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.


  • Experience with budget management and strategic planning.


  • Must be a flexible, self-starter with a high degree of personal initiative and confidentiality.


  • Knowledge of digital solutions applied to the field of services and hospitality environment.
