The Compensation Analyst supports the Company's strategy for compensation programs, helping to ensure that they align with company objectives for recruiting, retention, and employee engagement. The analyst maintains pay structures, grades, and assists with compensation budgets, and guidelines. The Analyst advises managers on making effective pay decisions that support employee engagement and comply with compensation policy and budgetary guidelines.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Continuous review and updates of internal salary structure, job classifications working closely with compensation vendor.
Work with HR Business Partners and managers to evaluate jobs, research job requirements and assist in the development and maintenance of job descriptions and job profiles in Workday.
Participate in and interpret compensation surveys and make recommendations to adjust the internal structure to meet company compensation objectives.
Market price roles and make recommendations to internal partners based on market data and internal job structure for new positions, promotions, and changes.
Work collaboratively with Operations Leaders to understand sales incentives programs.
Collect and interpret sales data, develop reports, and provide insights to optimize incentive structures.
Monitor the performance of incentive programs to determine if they help drive sales growth and achieve company goals.
Work independently to process information and data to create reports on, trends, and projections regarding incentive plan performance, efficiencies, and possible improvements.
Provide analysis of competitive compensation practices, develop auditing reports, determine the effectiveness of compensation practices and recommendations, and develop strategies to support organizational goals.
Support the annual compensation review and bonus cycles and provide reporting
and analysis.
Audit and tie-out 401(k) deferral and loan feedback files on a bi-weekly basis.
Prepare quarterly audit of 401(k) vendor compared to Workday to verify deferral elections and loan repayment amounts.
Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or relevant concentration.
5-7 years of experience as a compensation analyst, preferably with commissions background.
Work with large data sets, organize and pull-out insights, develop recommendations, and present data in a meaningful way.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong relationship management skills, both internally and externally.
Strength in gaining consensus across functions.
Excellent verbal and written skills
Proficiency in Excel
High level of integrity, judgment and follow through.
Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in an office environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)
