ATA Services, Inc. is currently seeking to hire a Real Property Compliance Officer/Assistant to work on a long-term temporary assistant position with the State of New Mexico General Services Division. This position is in-office in Santa Fe, NM.
Job Duties
The responsibilities of a real property compliance officer consist of data entry, creating and updating reports as needed and filing. Processing documents and creating the files for our vendor requests, film office (scouting and filming) and modification. Reviewing the expired and creating new Tenant Agreement and Receivable Leases based on our standard operating procedures. Updating and creating new Art in Public Places projects (AIPP). Sending instruments/documents for signature and completing file records. Distributing needed reports and managing correspondence between internal and external customers. The employee needs to have the knowledge and can utilize MS Office software applications and office equipment such as the laptop, copy machines and scanners, and other related duties assigned.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and two (2) years of experience in investigations, regulation, policy, statutory, and/or contract compliance. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling six (6) years may substitute for the required education and experience.
