Overview
The Paid Digital Advertising Associate supports the execution and optimization of Humanscale’s paid digital advertising campaigns, including paid search and social. This position assists with ad creative asset management, budget tracking, performance analysis, and ongoing optimizations across ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and more. The Paid Digital Advertising Associate also contributes to the execution of paid digital advertising strategy to drive growth, supporting cross-functional collaboration to ensure campaigns meet goals and business objectives.
Responsibilities
Assist the management and optimization of day-to-day paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and more ad campaigns.
Support the creating, setup, testing, and ongoing refinement of ad creatives in collaboration with internal teams, providing sights for high-performing ad assets.
Analyze campaign data, track performance, and assist in the generation of reporting insights, with recommendations for optimization.
Monitor the performance of digital ad campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking and alignment with target KPIs.
Use analytical skills to interpret data sets, identify trends, and assist in drawing actionable insights to drive performance.
Help translate findings into clear, easy-to-understand reports, communicating actionable insights to Creative and Digital team members.
Remain updated on ad platform changes, new ad formats, and industry trends to contribute to the competitiveness of Humanscale’s digital strategy.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in paid digital advertising with hands-on ad setup and campaign managements.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications or equivalent experience.
Familiar with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Display Network, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, and more.
Knowledge of digital marketing including best practices and industry trends.
Strong attention to detail with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
Strong proficiency in with Microsoft Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary Range: $70,069-$102,204
