Interpret manufacturing drawings and blueprints to determine welding requirements.
Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.

This is a Full Time Temp to Hire Opportunity.
Schedule: Shift Varies - Monday-Friday- Overtime and Saturday as needed
The Ideal candidate will have :
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Welder or similar role. Must have experience welding pipe.
Proficiency in MIG, TIG and Stick welding techniques.
Ability to interpret manufacturing drawings and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
Knowledge of welding safety procedures and practices.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Certification in welding techniques preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding is a plus.
Ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully.
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with ease of movement in a fast-paced environment.
Engage in repetitive motion, clutch, lift, grab, bend, stoop, push, and pull without difficulties.
Stand for extended periods during work shifts.
Pay: $23.00-$27.00 Per hour.
Shift: 1st Full Time, Monday-Friday Overtime and Saturday as needed
