As a Welder you will :

Your role involves interpreting manufacturing drawings, operating welding equipment, and collaborating closely with team members to achieve project objectives. • Interpret manufacturing drawings and blueprints to determine welding requirements.
• Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Operate welding equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect welded components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Follow established welding procedures and protocols.
• Adhere to safety standards and practices to maintain a safe work environment.

This is a Full Time Temp to Hire Opportunity.

Schedule: Shift Varies - Monday-Friday- Overtime and Saturday as needed


The Ideal candidate will have :

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Welder or similar role. Must have experience welding pipe.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG and Stick welding techniques.
• Ability to interpret manufacturing drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Knowledge of welding safety procedures and practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Certification in welding techniques preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding is a plus.
• Ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with ease of movement in a fast-paced environment.
• Engage in repetitive motion, clutch, lift, grab, bend, stoop, push, and pull without difficulties.
• Stand for extended periods during work shifts.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 Per hour.

Shift: 1st Full Time, Monday-Friday
Overtime and Saturday as needed
