Description: The Human Resources Coordinator will serve as a key resource to the HR department, providing administrative support for various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Requirements:
Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding
Support administrative HR functions, including compliance tracking, document management, and reporting
Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HRIS systems
Assist with training coordination, and various HR projects
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Other HR-related administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Experience Required:
1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or administrative HR role
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruitment tools
Prior experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking HR environment with Multi-State locations: CA, WA, OR strongly preferred
Skills Required:
Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce
Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, self-driven mentality
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR documents
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with candidates, and leadership
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Education Required:
Associate’s degree in human resources or similar field and or
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus but not required
Valid driver’s license and have a driving record in good standing
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working on a computer
Occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 15 lbs.)
Work Environment:
This is an on-site work environment, this position will not be eligible for remote work
May be exposed to various environments including manufacturing, warehousing or other outside of the normal office environment
