Your Role:


We're seeking an experienced Asphalt Manager to lead civil construction projects, focusing on highways and roadway projects. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely on ongoing and upcoming projects.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years of related experience: Demonstrated success in managing civil construction projects.


• Expertise in roadway, asphalt paving, and highway construction: Proven ability to oversee complex projects in these areas.


• Strong teamwork skills: You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.


• BS degree (preferred but not required): Relevant education enhances your qualifications.


• Estimating / takeoff experience (a bonus): Familiarity with project cost estimation.
