Head of Product Strategy, North America - Managing Director

The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Markets (SSGM). Financing Solutions (FS) - including Secured Financing, Prime Services, and Agency Lending business lines -- provides a spectrum of secured financing and cash investment solutions to the buyside community. Our Product Strategy team, in alignment with business team leads, drives new product design and development critical to implementing our client-focused solution set and strategic roadmap.

What you will be responsible for

Reporting to the Head of Financing Solutions Platforms and Product Strategy, you will work closely with senior members of the Financing Solutions senior leadership team to drive product development and evolution to meet our clients' needs, leading a team of high-performing professionals.

• Develop product road maps and other tools to communicate progress and portfolio of new products


• Represent State Street at key industry forums and contribute to thought leadership initiatives; meet and maintain relationships with clients to drive solutioning, onboarding and retention


• Develop, evaluate, and validate strategies, concepts and plans with clients, partners, and vendors to develop new opportunities


• Ensure that product design and development efforts align to regulatory expectations and internal risk frameworks


• Foster a culture encouraging innovation and collaboration

• Entrepreneurial and self-directed - operates as an owner


• Creative and outcome-driven influencer - consistently utilizes a solution-driven mindset


• Detail-oriented and thoughtful communicator -- ability to distil complex ideas and key concepts for various audiences in practical and actionable terms


• Demonstrated ability to lead, prioritize and execute multiple priorities under tight deadlines

• 10+ years of experience in Financial Services in product management or similar function

Salary Range:
$170,000 - $267,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
