What you will be responsible for
Serve as an advisor to the Heads of Agency Lending and Prime Services businesses, working closely with executive leaders and support functions to drive growth, profitability and market expansion
Define and drive strategy for these businesses, ensuring alignment and successful implementation of strategic initiatives
Develop and track OKRs by business to support strategic growth initiatives
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges
Empower Client Management and Trading with portfolio analytics and optimization tools in collaboration with Portfolio Finance quantitative leads
Develop new performance metrics to benchmark the business and clients
Oversee quarterly and annual financial planning in collaboration with Markets CFO and Investor Relations
Provide guidance and mentorship to other Portfolio Finance team members, fostering a high performance culture and promoting cross-functional collaboration

Education & Preferred Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Financial Services or Management Consulting (structured problem solving) required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Salary Range: $195,000 - $198,750 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
