What you will be responsible for

• Serve as an advisor to the Heads of Agency Lending and Prime Services businesses, working closely with executive leaders and support functions to drive growth, profitability and market expansion


• Define and drive strategy for these businesses, ensuring alignment and successful implementation of strategic initiatives


• Develop and track OKRs by business to support strategic growth initiatives


• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges


• Empower Client Management and Trading with portfolio analytics and optimization tools in collaboration with Portfolio Finance quantitative leads


• Develop new performance metrics to benchmark the business and clients


• Oversee quarterly and annual financial planning in collaboration with Markets CFO and Investor Relations


• Provide guidance and mentorship to other Portfolio Finance team members, fostering a high performance culture and promoting cross-functional collaboration

• 8+ years of experience in Financial Services or Management Consulting (structured problem solving) required


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
