Overview
We are seeking a Smartsheet Administrator to join our team. The Smartsheet Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Smartsheet platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of our organization and helps us achieve our business objectives. Responsibilities will include a mix of administrative, technical, and development support for multiple Cambrex sites.
Responsibilities
Administration of the Smartsheet Platform for Cambrex, including system configuration, user management, and group management
Administration of the Cambrex client portfolio-management solution (multi-tier control center blueprint)
Provides operational support for the Cambrex client portfolio-management solution including creation & set-up of project workspaces
Provides technical support to Smartsheet users
Facilitates end-user training for Smartsheet users and new Cambrex employees
Collaborates with different teams to understand their needs, gather requirements, and customize the Smartsheet client portfolio-management solution to meet needs
Collaborates with different teams to understand their needs, gather requirements, and to build new Smartsheet Applications to solve new business problems
Stays informed on Smartsheet features and updates and implements them as necessary
Documents all processes and changes related to Smartsheet
Disseminates information about changes and enhancements to Smartsheet
Performs other duties related to Smartsheet administration, development, and implementation
Qualifications
Education & Experience
1-2 years of experience as a Smartsheet Administrator, Developer, or Consultant or similar role required
1-2 years of Project Management or Business Analysis experience required
1-2 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical CDMO industry strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree or higher in life science, computer science, information systems, or other related field
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Strong knowledge of Smartsheet core app functionalities and capabilities required
Experience with the Smartsheet Admin Center required
Experience with Smartsheet Control Center required
Experience with Smartsheet Premium Apps (i.e., Bridge, Dynamic View, Data Shuttle, Pivot, WorkApps, Calendar, and DataMesh) strongly preferred
Experience developing and implementing applications in Smartsheet required
Experience providing technical support to end-users required
Knowledge of Project Management and/or Business Analysis best practices preferred
Knowledge of data security and access control best practices required
Technical proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office Suite (word, excel, power point, teams, etc.) required
Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform preferred
Experience with low code/no code development preferred
Experience with Agile operating model preferred
Experience using Jira or similar software preferred
