Manage the supply chain and component inventories at optimal levels to support production schedules and sales.
Determine delivery frequency with vendors in order to optimize inventory
Maintain inventory levels to plan; Identify internal inventory discrepancies and manage the resolution
Establish and maintain work instructions
Track deliveries of internationally-supplied components
Participate in vendor visits and audits, as necessary
Assist with cycle counts and/or monthly & annual physical inventory
Coordinate inventory transitions for product engineering changes
Calculate monthly delivery performance
Initiate and resolve vendor non-conformances and charge backs for logistic reasons
Process & Resolve vendor delivery returns and issues and determine the necessity of expedited freight
Receive, Track & Order all components and non inventory items into MMS
Create material master Warehouse Management Views
Fill storeroom supply list; Pack and label components for storage / shipment.
Your Experience & Qualifications
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training
Required to use a pallet jack, fork truck, and stock picker
