Responsibilities:



  • Assist in conducting quality checks and document reviews of customer deliverables.

  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions.

  • Support the QA team in identifying and addressing quality issues.

  • Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Assist in developing and updating quality control procedures and guidelines.

  • Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and assist with resolutions.

  • Participate in audits and compliance assessments as needed.

  • Provide administrative support to the QA team, including preparing reports and documentation as needed.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus).

  • Previous experience in a quality assurance or related role is preferred but not necessary.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong electronic and paper filing skills.

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary.


Preferred Skills:



  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.




Requirements



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:



  • Read, write, and understand plans and directions given in the English language

  • Basic computer skills with the ability to create and edit Microsoft Word and Excel documents, create Outlook emails and utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to communicate with other team members
