Description: Our client is currently seeking a Technical Recruiter
1+ year contract


Mclean , VA

• 8+ years of technical recruiting experience for all levels of an organization (entry level to Senior Director)
• 5+ years' experience recruiting and sourcing talent with existing TS/SCI security clearance
• 2+ years' experience with full life cycle recruiting for a software or technology company

• Communication skills reflect attention to detail in all forms
• Takes initiative, is pro-active with strong follow through and client service
• Experience with efficient utilization and documentation within applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of OFCCP compliance guidelines
