Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Sr. Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, MN for a 12-month contract. This role involves designing and developing innovative software solutions using a variety of technologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and demonstrate new features and components for both front-end and back-end systems.
  


• Collaborate with technical, business, and product teams to ensure code meets their vision.
  


• Develop efficient and effective software using Java, C#, Python, .Net, Spring Boot, Microservices, and APIs.
  


• Enhance and maintain on-premises applications and migrate them to AWS.
  


• Implement serverless patterns from containerized applications.
  


• Build and manage industry-standard APIs.
  


• Design and implement architecture patterns optimized for SLAs, reliability, and cost.
  


• Promote a culture of software craftsmanship including TDD/BDD and Test Automation.
  


• Drive performance improvements and ensure adherence to security standards.
  


• Engage in Agile software development activities and lead continuous improvement efforts.
  


• Provide 24/7 on-call support rotation as needed.
  

Skills

• Proficiency in AWS, Java, Microservices, Rest API, and Spring Boot.
  


• High School Diploma or equivalent.
  


• 2+ years of experience in Java, Full-stack, C#, .NET, and/or Python development.
  


• Experience with GitHub/GitLab, SonarQube, JUnit, and Spring Boot.
  


• Skilled in writing and designing unit test cases using TDD and BDD.
  


• Experience with test automation tools such as Wire Mock, Mockito, Postman, REST Assured, and Cypress.
  


• Hands-on experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins and Circle CI.
  


• Experience with AWS Cloud serverless components and building cloud data processing systems.
  


• Experience in relational and object databases and web service development standards.
  


• Experience in an agile development environment using tools like VersionOne/Agility.
  


• Strong troubleshooting, deployment, and problem-solving skills.
  


• Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
  


• Experience creating test reports using tools like cucumber report and Extent report.
  


• Experience with OpenShift and working knowledge of MQ.
  


• AWS Certification.
  


• DevOps and automation experience in code testing, building, and deployment.
  


• Experience in the airline industry.
  


• Knowledge of Windows Server and HP-UX operating systems.
