Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a Machine Operator I for a family-owned custom shipping company located in Santa Clara, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, offering an hourly pay rate of $18.20. The available shifts are Monday through Friday, either from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
Responsibilities
Assists Operators in setting up machines, including but not limited to slotting knives, heads, feed section, print plates, and die-cut tooling.
May help with mounting printing plates and cutting dies.
Inks the machine, adjusts ink properties using chemicals, and cleans printing plates.
Feeds corrugated sheets into machines.
Cuts strapping from corrugated bales and lifts pallets.
Helps maintain cleanliness of the machine and work area.
Utilizes chemicals such as cold glue, silicone spray, water-based flexographic ink, pH adjuster, Antifoam, and Myer Ameri-clear.
Qualifications
Must have good communication skills in English.
Basic math skills are required.
Experience with machinery is a plus.

Monday to Friday, with shifts from either 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
