SGRE is currently seeking highly talented and motivated candidate for an SAP Order Management Deliver Operator. The candidate will work with a multi-disciplinary group to ensure top performance at the distribution center. The ideal candidate can analyse and resolve problems efficiently. S/he will provide excellent service to our customers, have the ability to work on complex systems in tough environments, and participate in the development of new procedures and best practices.
We are seeking for Order Management Deliver Operator. This position is located in Wichita, KS.
Relocation will not be offered for this role.
Responsibilities:
End-to-End Order Fulfilment: Manage the entire order lifecycle, from initial order entry to shipment processing, invoicing, and logistics coordination. Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer orders into the SAP system, including verifying data, pricing, and other relevant details. Monitor order statuses, identify potential issues, and take corrective actions to ensure timely fulfilment. Prioritize orders based on customer needs, delivery timelines, and other relevant factors, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams. Handle order changes, cancellations, and returns efficiently, ensuring accurate updates within the SAP system.
Contribute to the configuration and customization of SAP SD processes to meet business requirements. Troubleshoot SAP system issues related to order management and provide solutions to ensure smooth operations. Manage data conversion activities and participate in cutover activities, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems or processes.
Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure users are proficient in using SAP for order management.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:
3-5 years of experience in End-to-End Order Fulfilment; Graduate-Bachelor's Degree
MS Office, Compliance, Order Entry, SAP, Customer Service, Technical, Invoicing, Purchase Orders, Scheduling, Vendor Management, Data Entry, Analysis, Microsoft Excel or Database, SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Module.
A deep understanding of SAP SD is crucial, including order creation, pricing, shipping, and invoice processes. Familiarity with master data, such as customers, materials, and price lists, is essential for efficient order entry.
Proficiency in entering data accurately and efficiently is vital for maintaining data integrity and meeting deadlines. Comfortability navigating the SAP user interface (GUI) or Fiori interface is necessary for performing order entry tasks.
Knowledge of key SAP SD transactions for order creation, change, and display (e.g., VA01, VA02, VA03) is essential. LE module preparation of delivery notes, shipping orders, warehouse pick tickets, PGI, OBD/IBD. FI module for invoicing, start/stop rent on internal orders, pricing procedures and updates. Assign/retrieve WBS for internal customer and perform SO to invoicing reconciliations.
Develop and run standard reports to tracking task progress, completion, and follow ups.
Soft Skills
The ability to identify and resolve issues related to order entry, such as errors or discrepancies, is crucial.
Clear and effective communication with internal teams and potentially customers is important for addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Maintaining accuracy in data entry and ensuring that orders are processed correctly requires a keen eye for detail.
In some roles, providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to orders is important.
Being able to manage multiple orders and prioritize tasks effectively is essential for a high-volume order entry environment.
Other requirements:
Travelling required up to 10%.
Must pass pre-hire background drug screening.
