Job Description:
We're looking for a hybrid-remote Product Analyst for the CARE application. Consumer Accuracy Resolution and Experience (CARE), is a platform that is focused on fulfilling all Consumer Obligations for CRA and Reseller roles as per Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and all fifty State regulatory guidelines. CARE supports consumer obligation fulfillment for CoreLogic Credco. Job Responsibilities:
The role would require BA support for other applications as and when needed.
This role would require working closely with Product Manager, Operations (Consumer Relations Group), other Product Analysts (when there are cross platform dependencies), Development (onshore and offshore), Compliance, Legal, etc.
Define Requirements: Facilitates discovery of complex and varied business requirements to bring product features to fruition. Often working across business unit lines, gathers information and documents process and requirements for all aspects of a deployment including features/functionality, billing, customer configuration, customer support, etc.
Validate Requirements: Validates requirements with all stake-holders including Product Manager, Product Development, QA, PMO, and all impacted functional groups. Presents requirements for validation to senior level management.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor of Art/Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent work experience
Typically has 6+ years of Business/Process Analyst or directly related experience in the same or related industry.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to interview, formulate questions
Strong analytical skills
Has basic knowledge of general business environment/operation and has general cost benefit awareness.
Excellent organizational and project management and facilitation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with/influencing cross-functional teams and gaining consensus.
Standard MS skill set.
Standard experience and knowledge of JIRA and User Story writing
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Extensive knowledge of client base, product, and data offering
Annual Pay Range:
70,300 - 85,000 USD
