The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily warehousing activities. This position will also implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits.
Ensures that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and to increase the company's overall market share
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Motivate team members to achieve plan goals
Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues
Provide timely service to office while minimizing warehouse and production costs
Support daily distribution and processing of reports and other correspondence as directed by Manager
Maintain and update equipment and product tracking log
Manage all electronic receipts of equipment/product when it arrives
Manage warehouse functions, including, but not limited to shipping, receiving and inventory control
Enter all receiving purchase order information and virtual shipments
Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for all assigned inventory
Ensure inventory for order prep, pre-fabrication, and staging on project pallets are pulled
Coordinate and manage the maintenance of equipment
Answer all incoming calls and email queries; assisting customers, clients and related vendors as needed

Skills and Abilities
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
Ability to comprehend and apply principles of basic math while analyzing data and generating reports
Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally
Proficient in windows and Microsoft applications such as MS Word and Excel
Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Demonstrated customer service focus and client communication skills
Education and/or Experience
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Associate's Degree or higher preferred
Prior education in logistics, supply chain management or business administration preferred
Minimum 2 - 4 years of Warehouse or inventory experience
Experience with UPS, FedEx shipping, tracking and receiving. International shipping experience is preferred
Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor
Must be able to pass and complete internal forklift certification
Valid Driver's License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets AVI-SPL Driving Privileges standards
