We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Program Manager for the Commercial HVAC installation services business activities. The position will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale installation projects. The key role works closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer success, to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation Management and Delivery
Develop and execute comprehensive delivery plans, resource allocation, and risk management contingencies for successful project delivery.
Communicate completion status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including executive leadership, customers, and team members.
Set the standard for safety, health and environment compliance with both external regulations and internal policies and procedures.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Lead the tactical and strategic implementation of projects/processes.
Customer Support Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met, and concerns are addressed promptly.
Coordinate and communicate installation activities with customers ensuring optimum planning for safety and business activities at the commercial locations.
Identify, track, report, and resolve client issues.
Lead collaboration with subject matter experts to establish performance standards and customer expectations.
Provide documentation/project tracking and management reporting as required.
Research, resolve, and respond to complex problems and questions.
Manage client expectations effectively to complete fiscally successful projects.
Team Collaboration
Provide guidance and oversight to managers and team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Influence and provide leadership and motivation to team members sharing necessary skills and resources to succeed.
Prioritize multiple projects with potentially high levels of complexity.
Facilitate effective team meetings, client meetings, and update meetings.
Provide technical guidance to project team where applicable.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in project management or a related field, with a focus on HVAC commercial installation services.
Skills: Proven management skills, with experience in project planning, execution, and delivery. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills working with internal teams and external customers.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Knowledge of Smart Sheets.

Competitive Salary: Salary range $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
