Job Title: Program Administrator - Audi Authorized & VW Certified Collision Programs (Remote)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Administrator to oversee and manage the Audi Authorized and VW Certified Collision Programs. This is a remote position, offering flexibility to work during normal business hours (40 hours per week), with some flex time as needed. This role is open to candidates in all time zones.
The Program Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the effective administration of the Audi and VW Collision Programs, ensuring repair facilities are in compliance with established guidelines and processes. Additionally, you will contribute to the growth of the program by updating and refining its administration to support the expanding network of shops.
You will receive daily direction from both the Audi Program Manager and the Collision Program Manager, with formal line reporting to the Collision Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Administration: Oversee and manage the Audi Authorized and VW Certified Collision Programs, ensuring facilities meet program standards and stay compliant with established processes.
Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for Collision Centers going through the authorization process, holding them accountable for meeting deadlines and milestones.
Coordinate with Stakeholders: Act as a liaison between OEMs, dealerships, repair centers, and third-party suppliers to ensure smooth coordination and progress throughout the certification process.
Program Evolution: Update and improve program materials and tools as the network grows, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs. Key documents include:
Equipment and Tooling Self-Assessments
Network and Audit Reports
Process Flow Charts and Service Process Guides
Vehicle Tracker and Tow Notifications
Learning Management Systems for instructor-led courses
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to the program, ensuring it remains responsive to the needs of stakeholders and supports the growing network.
Tracking & Reporting: Produce and distribute tracking and status reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress, issues, and accomplishments.
Budget & Purchasing: Manage the department's budget, track expenses, and initiate purchasing through the internal system. Use business analytics tools like the Collision Repair Network (CRN) Dashboard to track and interpret trends.
Trainer Support: Assist in coordinating Audi Certified Trainers' schedules, ensuring training materials and courses are up to date and organized.
Required Skills & Experience:
Business Analytics: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive program improvements.
Project Management: Proven experience managing programs or projects, ideally in a cross-functional or matrix organization, ensuring milestones and objectives are met.
Automotive Experience: A strong understanding of the automotive retail or collision repair industry is preferred.
Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to support and manage relationships with OEMs, dealers, and repair centers.
Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear reports and deliver professional presentations.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, InDesign, and other web-based applications. Ability to build impactful PowerPoint presentations.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
2+ years of experience in program administration, project management, or a similar role.
