Director DEI & ESG
Location: Hybrid in Waltham (Onsite 2-3 days/week)


Our client in the life sciences is looking to hire a Director to lead their ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with the organization's values and goals and help them create a more sustainable and inclusive workplace.



Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement best in class ESG and DEI strategies, action plans, and policies that align with the organization's values and goals.


• Develop metrics and reporting systems to track progress and communicate results to stakeholders.


• Monitor industry best practices and emerging trends to ensure that the organization remains current and competitive and improves year over year.


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that ESG and DEI are integrated into all aspects of the business.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in ESG and DEI leadership roles


• Strong knowledge of ESG and DEI frameworks, metrics, and reporting standards


• Proven ability to develop and implement successful ESG and DEI strategies


• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus


• Preferred experience in life sciences and/or management consulting
