Job Description:

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Contracts Attorney for a fully remote, contract position with our client in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time role with a flexible schedule. Candidates may work up to 40 hours per week but MUST be able to work at least 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday, within standard business hours.


The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in contracts law. Essential duties include drafting, reviewing, and redlining vendor agreements, supplier agreements, MSAs, and SOWs. Essential skills include high attention to detail, computer literacy, and exceptional verbal and written communication. Candidates must be licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
