The CMO - Chief of Staff is a highly strategic and operational role that serves as a key advisor and right-hand partner to the Chief Marketing Officer of a $6.5B+ intelligent data infrastructure company. This leader is responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, optimizing the effectiveness of the Marketing Leadership Team (MLT), and ensuring smooth execution of marketing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
By collaborating cross-functionally, you will assist in developing and managing resourcing plans, empowering our team to execute and innovate with agility. Additionally, you will serve as a critical partner to senior leaders, engaging in diverse ad hoc projects that span from business decision support to fostering relationships with external partners. Lastly, you will take charge as a Program Manager for key initiatives, driving both the strategic vision and seamless execution of projects.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 208,420 - 269,720 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
