Job Summary
Responsible for the growth of revenue from customer and employee referral programs. Develop plans and work with internal teams and vendors to improve program(s) performance. Ensure system and tools support programs and are streamlined for sales team engagement. Champion the programs across the company. In addition, oversee national incentive programs to support sales growth. Oversees coordination of a team to successfully execute plans.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Researches, designs and develops corporate, division and/or region level plans that support the Company's business objectives.
Works with Sales and Marketing senior leaders to gain alignment on strategies and deliver program growth.
Work with teams to leverage data to show value and impacts of programs and incentives.
Evaluates outside service providers or contractors; provides direction in the development of tailored services; negotiates contract terms and conditions.
Assists with staffing requirements relating to corporate projects. Conducts interviews, hires and trains new employees for specific project assignments.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Must have been a Sr manager or higher for 2+ Years.
Role is required to be in the office in Philadelphia
