Role reports to: Senior Brand Manager

Location: Summit, NJ

Travel: up to 10%

Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $92,000 to $149,500. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors

The Associate Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing the tactical annual marketing plan, making recommendations for the development of company marketing strategy, designing the sales incentive scheme, identifying and implementing local marketing opportunities, establishing and managing relationships with outside vendor agencies, and creating and directing annual communications, research, and public relations plans to support the strategic marketing plan:

Key Responsibilities


  • Shape and deliver holistic strategy for the assigned brand portfolio
  • Work with Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager to provide insights that inform strategic decisions to maximize NTS and Brand Contribution as it pertains to assigned brand's business
  • Coordinate the develop annual three-year strategic plan and 12-month business plan to outline strategic objectives, key initiatives, and financial targets across assigned brand
  • Lead portfolio management strategy discussions (revenue growth management, price architecture, business simplification) for assigned brand
  • Build holistic, insight-driven consumer activations that deliver meaningful results
  • Craft or adapt marketing communications for local execution (e.g. Digital, eCommerce and social content, video, print, sampling, professional, etc.), and develop media connection plans with external agency partners
  • \ Lead agency relationships (creative AOR, media agency, internal agency support, etc) to develop scopes of work, deliver against business priorities and evaluate performance relative to brand objectives
  • Consistently monitor external category and competitive market dynamics to inform marketing plans and growth opportunities
  • Lead the commercialization of product launches for U.S. market
  • Bring brand POV and consumer-first thinking to critical internal workstreams including Shopper Marketing, in-store shelf presence and branding
  • Build trusting relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize business outcomes

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications


  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Marketing or related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of related experience in CPG
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and sales required

Desired Qualifications

  • OTC or Skin Health brand management experience is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in enabling business growth and strategy development
  • Proven ability to influence decision-making within and across organizations, both internally and externally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong demonstration of all behaviors of our Leadership Principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of the US market and consumer trends, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
