The Role
Korn Ferry is seeking a Manager - Talent Attraction & Digital Experience to support our RPO healthcare client. As an individual contributor, the Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent. This role focuses on branding, marketing, experience, and engagement to enhance workforce stability and long-term retention. The manager collaborates closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to build a compelling story and improve employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Employer Branding: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Sourcing Strategies: Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify top talent across various industries and job functions.
Talent Engagement: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop targeted talent engagement plans.
Content Management: Manage career site content, social media campaigns, and job advertising strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Job Descriptions: Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to create compelling job descriptions and candidate messaging.
Pipeline Building: Build relationships with universities, professional organizations, and industry networks to strengthen talent pipelines.
Market Research: Utilize market research and workforce analytics to identify trends and optimize attraction strategies.
Technology Implementation: Implement and manage sourcing tools, AI-driven recruitment platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to improve efficiency.
Metrics Analysis: Analyze sourcing and attraction metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Industry Best Practices: Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging recruitment technologies, and market trends to enhance sourcing strategies.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree or five years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition with focus on Talent Attraction and Digital Experience.
Proven experience in developing and executing talent attraction and retention strategies.
Strong understanding of employer branding and marketing techniques to attract top talent.
Ability to utilize market research and workforce analytics to identify trends and optimize strategies.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships in various industry networks.
Computer proficiency, specifically MS Office Suite, sourcing tools, AI-driven recruitment platforms, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Familiarity with Human Resource laws and functions.
Strong problem-solving skills to analyze metrics and recommend process improvements.
Up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging recruitment technologies, and market trends.
Excellent planning and organizing skills; able to "juggle" responsibilities effectively in a high volume, fast-paced service environment.
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively with client and in large group settings.
Strong customer and results orientation.
Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
