Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Colonial Vista Post Acute

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming


• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure comfort and safety


• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
