This position provides broad-based support for the development, implementation and administration of HR programs and policies. Provides consulting services to general management on a variety of issues related to HR including employment, recruiting, employee relations, HR programs and policies.
Essential Functions
Serves as liaison between general management and legal on issues pertaining to federal, state and local laws governing employment practices.
Formulates all HR policies and procedures and determines the most effective methods of disseminating this information to the work force.
Designs, develops, and implements HR programs and analytics.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, human resource management, industrial psychology or employee relations.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years related experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong analytical, quantitative, and PC software skills required. Strong verbal and written communication skills a must, as well as strong interpersonal, coaching, consulting, and process and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Project management experience, data analysis experience, ability to use data to solve business problems, experience writing business requirements, strong leadership skills, experience working with external and internal stakeholders.
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $8,007.29/month - $14,413.11/month Colorado Pay Range: $8,007.29/month - $13,812.57/month New York Pay Range: $8,452.14/month - $14,413.11/month New York City Pay Range: $10,231.53/month - $14,413.11/month
