Job Description:

Focuses on personal sales targets by developing new business opportunities, troubleshooting customer problems and enhances existing customer relationships. Contacts small to medium sized 3PL, VAWD and Freight Forwarder customers, prospects and collaborates with other sales professionals as a transportation intermediary expert within a defined geographic territory to sell combination of LTL and select parcel services.



Essential Functions

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Ability to utilize technical and quantitative tools to correctly identify opportunities.


• Foster outstanding customer relationships by providing input to business reviews, project managing solutions, exhibiting outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.


• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education


Bachelor's degree/equivalent and one (1) years of business-to-business sales experience required.

Ability to travel overnight as required.

Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Laredo, or Dallas, TX and surrounding cities. Candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
