Salary: $110,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for a medical device manufacturing company located in the Warminster, PA area.


Title: Quality Assurance Manager


Location: Warminster, PA Area


Salary: $110,000 - $120,000


Responsibilities:


•Manage Quality Department activities to meet goals.


•Act as the quality representative for existing and new products.


•Lead Quality Assurance within manufacturing processes.


•Review and approve product documentation, including CAPAs, audits, complaints, etc.


•Develop and manage policies, procedures, and compliance systems.


•Apply a risk-based approach to mitigate issues and escalate as needed.


•Lead improvement initiatives, monitor KPIs, and support internal/external audits.


•Maintain Quality Agreements with Supply Chain/Sales.


•Oversee supplier approvals and internal training metrics.


•Drive engagement to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce complaints.


•Build trusted relationships across all departments.


Qualifications:


•Bachelor's degree


•5-7+ years of QA leadership experience (life sciences/med device preferred).


•Working knowledge of ISO 9001 (ISO 14001, 45001, and 13485 desired).


•Proficient with Six Sigma/Lean methodologies (preferred).


•Strong detail orientation and Microsoft Office proficiency.


•Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.


•Thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
