About Our Team:

Our team focuses on developing and managing cutting-edge tools that enhance sustainability reporting, support eco-friendly initiatives and ensure transparency in our operations.



What you'll do:



  • Apply Analytics skills to define data capabilities to empower users with data insight.

  • Partner with our Engineering and Data Science teams to create enterprise solutions that are reliable, scalable, and secure with great user experience.

  • Develop and enhance products - you will build capability and tool roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and stakeholder needs, identify market strategies, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives and manage the playbook for the Process Management discipline.

  • Define vision and strategies for the ESG Product team, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, and design initiatives to mature process discovery.

  • Build collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing initiatives.

  • Provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs

  • Build a team environment by partnering to solve problems and staying focused till there is a solution

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 9 years' experience in product management or related area.




Preferred Qualifications...

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
