Job Description:

Weekly reports for maintenance jobs completed for Customers
* Communicate on conference calls and with reports on project status and plans to the customer
* Timely submission of quotes for Generator repairs
* Review jobs and make sure they are in correct status for billing and update customer databases
* Work with Managers to review and resolve any billing questions
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and personnel
* Work's independently with minimum or no supervision
* Manages field force to comply with all specifications, industry standards, safety rules, regulations, and company policies and procedures
* Verify materials are being captured correctly and at the correct amount being billed
* Routing & scheduling technicians for efficiency and customer expectations
* Assist in monthly budget forecasts and keep project inline
* Understand and accept this position requires response outside of normal working hours.


QUALIFICATIONS And REQUIREMENTS

* 2+ years of administrative support working experience (Preferred)
* Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) & Google Sheets
* Computer and Technology-savvy; Able to learn new programs and apps with ease
* Able to manage multiple priorities/projects at once.
* Able to quickly learn and work with new technologies/software programs.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail
* Willing and motivated to learn
* Ability to communicate with customer work progress
* Experience managing technicians (or direct reports)
