Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their client's team in Minnesota. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic office environment.
Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Maintaining a filing system and ensuring data accuracy.
Handling multiple phone lines and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
Coordinating meetings and appointments, and managing travel itineraries.
Ordering office supplies and ensuring that office supplies are stocked.
Supporting team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, First Shift.

Additional Details
Pay Range: $20 - $22 per hour
