Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their client's team in Minnesota. This role is integral to ensuring smooth office operations and supporting various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a knack for organization and a proactive approach to office management.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize office operations and procedures, including bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, information management, filing systems, and supplies.
Assist with HR activities as needed.
Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
Oversee safety protocols and act as a first responder for any issues that arise.
Coordinate with phone systems, security, printer, computer, and IT company for any issues.
Assist in operational practices such as modifying labor reporting from the plant with floor managers.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all interactions.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with customers and colleagues.
Acknowledge and resolve customer phone calls, emails, and complaints.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Support and drive the company culture through work pride and accountability.
Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Provide direct administrative support, including scheduling appointments, meetings, events, booking travel, and maintaining filing systems.
Maintain office equipment, manage vendors, and coordinate food delivery as needed.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.), equivalent, or two to four years of office manager experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software necessary to complete logs of records.
Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, during first shift hours.
Benefits
Competitive pay range of $28 to $32 per hour.
