Pay range: 1st year expected compensation is $100K - $120K+ (includes base salary + an estimate of uncapped commission)

Responsibilities:
Work alongside ACS leadership to expand market share without compromising ACS values and ethics
Train, lead, manage, and coach a diverse sales team to achieve desired sales results and hold them accountable for performance
Continuously develop and grow a diverse client portfolio while developing and sustaining productive long-term relationships through using a variety of technical tools: research, phone calls, social media, in-person networking, database mining, etc. to find and qualify prospective clients
Promote a team culture that embraces company values, goals, accountability, data integrity, and effective communication
Remain current with competitive trends, staffing/recruiting/human resource issues and market conditions and their effect on business
Work with the Vice President on the development of marketing material, proposals, bids, quotations, RFP responses, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients
Establish contacts with executives/hiring managers/human resources/project managers/procurement professionals and build long-term relationships
Close new business deals, either virtually or in-person, for yourself and the sales team
Follow-up on and/or delegate sales leads provided by management, marketing efforts and the recruiting team
Attend targeted networking events both virtually and in-person
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred or 1-6 years of relative experience in place of a degree
5+ years of new business development and cold calling experience required
3+ years of staffing industry sales experience including selling both temporary/contract and direct hire roles required
Recruiting experience is required
Account Management/client service experience required
2+ years of full-cycle management experience (i.e. screening, interviewing, hiring, coaching, conducting performance reviews, creating and delivering performance improvement plans or equivalent and employee termination) required, 3+ years of full-cycle management experience preferred
Expertise in closing business deals required
Demonstrated success in relationship building, prospecting, negotiating rates and terms, and driving new business development through active selling and account management required
Adept in uncovering customer challenges and determining the appropriate staffing solutions that provide value
Knowledge of Managed Service Providers (MSP) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) highly desired
Experience with contract review, bids, quotations, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients required
Experience with request for proposals (RFP), development of proposals, RFP responses, and conducting business reviews highly desired
Proficiency with computers and multiple software programs including the internet, social media, Microsoft Office, Adobe, CRM, ATS, VMS, and others is required
Capability of relating to individuals at all levels and experience providing account management and serving clients of various sizes is required
Proven ability to excel in a goal-driven environment, consistently achieving and surpassing set targets
Experience in leading, managing, and coaching a team of employees to achieve desired results, and holding them accountable for performance in a fast-paced environment
Must have technical writing proficiency
Must have extensive knowledge, understanding and ability to use modern technology
Must have an excellent understanding of the professional staffing business including experience selling both full-cycle professional staff augmentation (temporary/contract) and direct hire placement, experience selling MSP and/or enterprise clients is highly desired
Must be self-starter that can work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced business environment and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team
Must possess a strong customer service focus and commitment to continuous improvement
Possess exceptional interpersonal skills including verbal, non-verbal; writing; listening; team-orientation; negotiation; conflict resolution; problem solving and decision-making
A high level of integrity and business ethics is required
