Job Summary
Responsible for senior leader administrative support as well as administering programs that support employee engagement. Manages small to large scale programs across functions and disciplines. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.Job Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Vice President and other senior leaders within the organization.
Manage and maintain complex calendars using Microsoft Outlook, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of meetings.
Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and invoice management.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Support and/or ownership of various Technology and Product People Experiences programs and events, including planning, vendor management, execution, and program/event evaluation.
Using data, and anchoring to program objectives, determinehow programs can continue to evolve.
In partnership with Technology & Product Communications, support event planning and execution for in-person, hybrid, and virtual team events including speaker and guest support, vendor management, and communications support.
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement events and team meetings across the organization.
Manages and administers employee service, recognition and other engagement activities.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Other administrative and project/program related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
