This is a long-term, full-time, hybrid position located in Denver, CO.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance organizational visibility and brand reputation.
Create and manage internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, presentations, and social media content.
Act as a spokesperson and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, partners, and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns, providing recommendations for improvements.
Design and manage robust reporting frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones.
Compile, analyze, and interpret data to create clear and compelling reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in all reporting outputs and maintain a well-organized repository of documentation.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align communication and reporting efforts with organizational priorities.
Lead and mentor a team of communication and reporting specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders on communication trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Bachelors degree in Marketing/Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years work experience years experience working as a Communications Specialist, preferably within aviation or AEC industries.
Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and effective content across a range of communication channels, including blogs, speeches, internal stories, press releases, and other marketing and corporate materials.
Expertise in analyzing diverse content and information to craft compelling campaigns, engaging presentations, and impactful visuals.
Expert-level proficiency in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality presentations.
Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and Photoshop.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365/Suite (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in Marketing/Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism.
Strong photography and videography skills.
Compensation Details
The salary range listed for this role is $104k-$208k/yr ($50-$100/hr). The final salary offered is based on multiple factors and is thoughtfully aligned with each candidates level of experience, breadth of skills, total education achieved, certifications/licenses that have been obtained, etc.
