What you will do
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations Excellence within the Controllership organization, this position is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the OneStream XF platform architecture along with other important financial applications, including financial consolidation, reporting, data quality management, and analytics. This individual must have a deep understanding of OneStream's capabilities and be able to align them with the organization's financial processes and strategic goals.

As the OneStream Admin & Financial Applications Lead, this position will be responsible for:
Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Designing and implementing scalable and efficient OneStream architecture enhancements
Developing a long-term roadmap for the OneStream platform
Optimizing system performance and integration with other enterprise systems
Partnering with our Technology & Data team to provide technical leadership and direction in all aspects of the OneStream implementation
This person must have a comprehensive understanding of financial processes, data structures, and system integrations. They will work closely with finance, accounting, and technology and data teams to ensure the OneStream platform meets current needs and can adapt to future requirements. This person must be able to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and drive innovation in financial processes and reporting.
Key Responsibilities :
Consolidation of Actual and Forecast cycles
Lead the monthly and quarterly OneStream consolidation of sales reporting, trial balances and other supplemental schedules all of which will form the basis for SEC filings and press releases
Architecture Design and Implementation
Design and implement scalable OneStream architectur al enhancements that support current and future business needs
Develop data models, integration strategies and security frameworks
Create and maintain system architecture documentation
Lead the technical aspects of OneStream implementations for upgrades and expansions
Performance Optimization and Problem Solving
Analyze and optimize system performance, including consolidation processes, reporting and data loading
Troubleshoot complex issues and develop innovative solutions
Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
Integration and Data Management
Design and oversee the implementation of data integration processes with source systems
Develop strategies for data quality management and data governance
Create efficient data models that support financial consolidation, reporting and analytics needs
Strategic Planning and Innovation
Develop a long-term roadmap for the OneStream platform, aligning with organizational goals
Evaluate and recommend new OneStream MarketPlace solutions to enhance functionality
Stay current with OneStream updates and industry best practices, applying them to improve the system
Stakeholder Management and Knowledge Transfer
Collaborate with Finance and Technology & Data teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Provide guidance and mentorship to administrators and power users
Create training materials and conduct training sessions to build user base competencies
Create documentation for complex processes
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in finance or technical field
A minimum of 10 years total professional experience in corporate financial functions (controllership, FP&A, etc.)
5 years of experience in designing and implementing CPM/EPM solutions
7 years of d eep understanding of financial processes, including consolidation, budgeting and forecasting
4 years of s trong technical skills in OneStream configuration, including workflow and dashboard design, data integration and custom calculations
3 years of e xperience in data modeling and database design ; specifically, OneStream XF
3 years of experience with complementary technologies (e.g., ETL tools, SQL, scripting languages)
3 years working knowledge o f cloud architectures and deployment models
Experience leading at least 2 implementations that are large-scale and multi-entit y
Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements (e.g., GAAP, IFRS)
Certifications in OneStream XF (e.g., OneStream Certified Professional)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and project management abilities
Effective communication skills, with the ab ility to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders
Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology solutions with business goals
Proactive learner, staying updated with the latest financial technology trends
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Collaborative approach, working effectively with cross-functional team
