Job Description:

We are looking for a Credit & Collections Specialist to join our team.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Contact client by email to recover debt
• Handling customer inquiries
• Maintaining records by keeping detailed communications and actions taken during the collection process
• Reporting and analysis of debt

• Proven experience as a collection specialist or similar role
• Knowledge of collection techniques
• Working knowledge of MS offices
• Ability to work with target dates and deadlines, monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments
• Ability to keep accurate records and report on collection activity
• Strong customer service skills
• Previous business to business collections experience preferred
• Five years of relevant experience required
• No college degree required
