Location: Weston, FL

Salary: $45.00 USD Hourly - $53.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Specialist, Regulatory Science for a 3 month + contract.


Ensure timely closure of Service Work Order records to comply with FDA requirements; Monitor key process indicators and make suggestions on areas requiring increased focus to management; Perform preliminary analysis and data gathering for complaint investigations. Input data into investigation templates and complaint database.


Responsibilities:


• Conduct and maintain Factory Service Inspections to meet field service requirements.


• Prioritize inspections of high-demand field replaceable units (FRUs) based on service needs.


• Assess and verify the accuracy of service information within the service management system in accordance with departmental procedures.


Escalate quality-related issues to the appropriate department to address service events effectively.


• Analyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform quality control inspections and facilitate the return of products to inventory.


• Develops and implements methods and procedures for process control and process improvement. • This is an on-site individual contributor role that requires the use of judgment in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.


• This job requires proven experience in quality assurance or a related field.


• This job may require occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
