Microsoft Outlook and Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Windows desktop/server operating systems
Basic knowledge of Citrix/VMware/VDI/Virtualization.
Ability to troubleshoot Mobile OS applications (iOS/Android).
Strong team player mindset and self-motivation.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong focus on customer service and ownership throughout the resolution process.
Availability to occasionally work any 24x7 shift for business continuity planning (BCP).
Education Requirements:
Required: High school diploma
Preferred: College degree
