Job Description:
Operation of Blender, Ingredients.
Work with Leaders and fellow partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety. Understand and execute standard operating procedures relative to position. Perform all PCP and CCP checks required for position. Follow reaction plan for Food Safety, Food Quality and customer requirement outages and by contacting TA/TL. Be able to identify and understand customer requirements and assist in assuring proper operation and product. Record accurate data on production reports.
Ability to perform all duties in the processing area consistently and precisely
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot specified production equipment.
Maintain necessary on-line production records and process control point information as needed
Assist all other areas within the department as needed
Maintain a high degree of good manufacturing practices – FDA, USDA ready at all times
Be an active participant in Pms . Operators from each shift will be responsible for the preventative maintenance.
Responsible for breaking out the cooler attendant up to 3x a shift. As such will need to know how to read the blend sheet and add the correct ingredients to the barrel track.
Ability to use proper lifting techniques in order to work in a safe manner, and physically capable of performing heavy lifting (50# or more)
Must be able to effectively communicate with fellow partners
Directs processing operators in the efficient operation of all processing equipment.
Ability to read and comprehend written directives
Must possess basic math skills and ability to perform/calculate needed blend adjustments.
Ability to read, comprehend and follow blending procedures/blend sheets
Safely operates power equipment within a confined cooler, warehouse, or production work environment. Reports necessary maintenance requirements on facilities and equipment.
Other duties as assigned by TL/TA
Participate on the teams as requested (SPS, PSCs, Kaizens).
The partner filling this position will have demonstrated a high level of skill in the area of teamwork, initiative, communication skills, problem solving abilities and leadership as measured by: Involvement with/Process Improvement/Excellence Tools.
Must possess basic to advanced understanding of computer programs i.e. Oracle applications/OPM-RMCS functions
Must be able to pass a basic OPM Skills Test
Must be willing /available to train partners to include presentations in a group environment
Position requires a 2 year commitment.

Requirements:
Candidates must have the ability to read, understand and follow written procedures.
Proficiency in reading and comprehension of the English language is required.
At least two years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
This job may require you to operate an electronic pallet jack and/or a forklift and work in cold and/or hot conditions.
This position requires passing a post-offer background check, physical and drug screen.
