JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own and drive complex, multi-disciplinary, and multi-product technology projects using techno-functional expertise for program delivery.
Ensure planning through deep discovery, scope, and feature set of programs.
Understand and articulate detailed requirements with all stakeholders and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle, including managing schedules, identifying risks and dependencies, obtaining cross team alignment, and clearly communicating with project stakeholders.
Understand systems interdependencies and lead cross-functional teams towards technical solutions.
Communicate and explain your program's analysis, risks, issues, and recommendations to leadership as well as explain the technical trade-offs.
Proactively and effectively communicate program statuses, identify potential risks and setbacks, and develop mitigation strategies.
Develop best practices in a changing and dynamic environment to ensure on time delivery.
Ensure program documents are complete, current, and available for staff and leadership review.
Effectively and concisely communicate to leadership to set expectations, tell a story, highlight, and resolve misalignment.
Understand business drivers, impacts, technical considerations, and individual motivations.
Successful at getting buy-in for ideas and leveraging data where impactful.
Solve complex and ambiguous problems with good judgment, critical thinking, and creative solutions.
Maintain customer centric mindset, including ability to manage key (internal and external) customer relationships through gathering data and making informed, critical decisions quickly with minimal supervision.
Conduct basic data analysis and transformation and present the results in a graphical manner.
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a Master of Science degree in Quantitative Management or Computer Science, plus the following experience:
3 years of experience as a Program Manager, Engineer, or Analyst.
3 years of experience in Python.
3 years of experience equerying databases using SQL.
3 years of experience automating manual tasks using computer coding using Python Scripts.
3 years of cross-functional program management experience working among several groups including EACH of the following: design, product management, engineering, and business stakeholders.
3 years of experience working with emerging technologies in the marketplace.
3 years of experience in finance, financial operations, or accounting.
Experience may be gained concurrently.
Work from home available. Hybrid position requiring employee to be in office in alternating 3 times per week and 2 times per week. Must reside within commuting distance from employer's Frisco, TX office.
