Product Manager - Mobile App (working with multiple PODs) at Horizontal Talent in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description:

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role where you can lead and manage product development for mobile applications? We're looking for a Product Manager with experience in mobile app development and handling multiple PODs to join our team remotely.
Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog for mobile applications, ensuring alignment with the product vision.
• Write and refine user stories, prioritizing features and tasks in collaboration with stakeholders and the development team.
• Act as the voice of the mobile application user, gathering and translating customer feedback into actionable improvements.
• Work closely with the Scrum Master, developers, and UX/UI designers to ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Focus on achieving short-term goals and delivering high-impact mobile sprint-level deliverables.
• Make day-to-day decisions on mobile application priorities, features, and scope within the sprint cycle.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in mobile application development for iOS and Android platforms.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment.
• Expertise in Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong understanding of mobile UX/UI principles, device compatibility, and app store guidelines. Experience with Mobile Apps on the payer side is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Federated mobile app teams.
• Health industry experience preferred.
