As an hourly-rated position, you will play a crucial role in various administrative tasks, including timekeeping, purchase orders, drone flight inventories, invoice coding, and more.
What you will do:
Operating JWS Software: Utilize JWS Software to efficiently weigh trucks in and out, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Timekeeping: Maintain meticulous records of employee hours and attendance to ensure accurate payroll processing in HCSS HeavyJob.
Purchasing: Assist in the procurement process, including generating purchase orders and coordinating with vendors.
Operations Reporting: Assist in the input of data from the field operations used in reports that are distributed to Quarry personnel.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors, fostering positive relationships and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Computer and Excel Proficiency: Utilize computer software and Microsoft Excel to perform various tasks efficiently, such as data analysis and reporting.
Coding Quarry Invoices and Uploading to Tungsten Software: Accurately code and process invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies, and upload them to Tungsten Software for streamlined financial management.
Collaboration with Quarry Personnel: Foster effective communication and collaboration with all quarry personnel to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
Reporting Structure: Report to the Support Services Manager while maintaining close collaboration with Quarry Management.
What you will need:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential to effectively perform data analysis, reporting, and other related tasks.
Self-sufficiency: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Motivated Individual: Display a proactive and self-driven approach to work, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement.

Education/Experience:
While a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, it is not a strict requirement for this position.
Previous experience in accounting or invoice coding is preferred, as it demonstrates familiarity with relevant processes and software.
