The Community-based, Adult Clinician provides clinical assessment, risk/safety planning and treatment planning for onsite and community respite clients. Leads development of short-term comprehensive recovery-based services that focus on engagement/motivational interviewing, harm reduction, coping skills and resource gathering. Works with the site manager and program director to conduct intakes and discharge planning for all clients. Coordinates multi-disciplinary team and coordinates/evaluates program services.

Requirements:
Master's in Psychology, Social Work or related field required. License preferred.
Must have at least 2 years' experience with behavioral health
Familiarity with principles of psychiatric recovery required
Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle to provide transportation of consumers
Demonstrated ability to work successfully at coordinating care across a continuum of care required
